About the role
- Analyze and design sequence of operations and workflow to improve efficiencies in plant and production facilities and equipment layouts.
- Establish methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel.
- Establish or assist in establishing accident prevention measures and manage training programs for personnel concerning production operations.
- Conduct studies pertaining to cost control, cost reduction, inventory control, and production record systems.
- Develop and implement plans and programs for facility modifications and revisions to operating methods based on studies.
- Assist facilities engineers in the planning and design of facilities.
Requirements
- Be completing or has completed their degree (Master’s) from an accredited institution.
- Be majoring in or having majored in a STEM degree.
- Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite).
- Preferred: Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.70/4.0 or higher.
- Preferred: Current active Secret Security Clearance or higher.
