About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Load and validate supplemental pay request
- Perform research on demand
- Customer Service

- Resolve audit findings each payroll process
- Respond to inquiries from customers regarding deductions, calculations and changes in compensation within SLA
- Basic Ad hoc query request
- Assisted with creating scenario-based audit reports
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma & 1 years of related education, i.e.: business or accounting and/or relevant work experience
- Proficiency in the Microsoft office suite (excel, word, and PowerPoint)
- Payroll processing experience including relevant regulatory requirements; internal policy and procedure; accounting practices; system software requirements
- Knowledge of FLSA, federal and state laws, etc.
- Experience performing basic payroll calculations
- Experience operating a personal computer including standard software and some specialized accounting software
- 1 year of experience involving extensive payroll duties
- Fundamentals of Payroll Certification [1 year completion requirement following hire.]
