About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Managing and guiding direct report annual goals, performance evaluations and compensations reviews
Ensuring accurate time charging and timecard approvals
Conflict resolution, managing performance issues and improvement plans
Career growth mentoring for team of direct reports
Aligning direct reports to technical roles based on program needs
Helping identify stretch assignments and opportunities
Work as the integration lead for all elements across the weapon system that interact with LGC Specific Hardware
Supporting SDS programs as an engineer within their same function

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline and 8 years of related experience, or 6 years of related experience with Master's degree in a STEM discipline
Experience in leading projects and/or cross-functional engineering teams
Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope.
General understanding of NG Engineering Processes
Working knowledge and/or experience across engineering disciplines.
2 years experience with Siemens NX and Teamcenter
Experience on ICBMs
Experience managing an engineering team is preferred
Familiarity with Agile engineering and Jira
Active TS Clearance. Program Access
