Key responsibilities & impact

Support the ERP Global Trade Systems team by configuring, testing, and implementing changes in the SAP GTS Systems
Act as a liaison for the Sector community around changes, enhancement requests, maintenance, and provide strategic direction
Balance production support and project demands, engagement, and systems administration
Investigate issues in existing programs and work with programmers to resolve problems
Involvement in the GTS Upgrade project and planning of system and development deployment
Responsible for meeting software compliance standards and testing GTS related functionality

Requirements

What you’ll need

2 Years of relevant experience with Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
Experience participating in SAP lifecycle implementations and/or production support
Working and technical knowledge of SAP GTS
Able to extract and verify SAP table data
Advanced level knowledge of GTS processes and policies
Advanced level knowledge of GTS interdependencies with other functional areas
Strong Microsoft Excel and/or Access skills
Excellent organizational, critical thinking, written and oral communication skills.
