About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide leadership and overall direction to project teams engaged in the design, implementation and modification of IT projects.
  • Manage and track status of projects, metrics, financial budgets, and EACs.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project execution plans, including scope, schedule, resources, risk, and cost baselines.
  • Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget and meets technical requirements.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate technical and programmatic risks; maintain risk registers and drive corrective actions.
  • Adopt a positive attitude about Agile processes, ensuring tasks are flowing from one phase to the next.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related professional work experience or Master's Degree and 3 years of related professional experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of related professional work experience, or Master's degree with 6 years related professional experience.
  • Candidates must have the ability to obtain a Secret level clearance.
  • Must be adept at executive level briefings.
  • Familiarity with project management tools including Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, MS Project, Planisware, or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated expertise in end to end project planning, schedule development and cost control (EVM).
