About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the supplier management team for the Germany Center Fuselage production supplier
Manage all aspects of subcontractor program performance including cost, quality, schedule, technical, risk, and opportunities
Establish regular meetings with the supplier
Conduct monthly internal reviews to provide status and review critical issues
Develop and maintain a Responsibility, Authority, and Accountability (RAA) matrix
Assess supplier processes and compliance to deliver quality products/services
Work proactively with suppliers to achieve contract objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree and 10 years (or Bachelor of Science in STEM and 9 years) of related experience
3 years in program or project leadership roles
10+ years production program experience or aircraft program experience
Must have an active U.S. Government Secret or higher clearance
Required international travel minimum 25%
