About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage system project blueprinting, schedule, testing, change management, and post go live support.
Develop and review system specifications that address business requirements and process improvements.
Gather requirements from end users, compliance, and cross functional or sector/enterprise partners.
Validate and document system functional specifications.
Troubleshoot, test and coordinate with developers.
Change management activities to include assessment, communication plan, work instructions, and training.
Monitor and respond to user support, business enhancement requests, and SAP system security role review.
Assist with conversions including data mapping, validation and clean-up.
Work with representatives from other sectors, from corporate groups, and from other sector functions to contribute to the redesign of SAP business processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience in supply chain/business management/Engineering or master’s degree and 6 years of experience
SAP Business System experience especially with Quality Management requirements
Supplier quality experience
Ability to travel domestically 10%
U.S. Citizen and ability to obtain and maintain US Government Secret clearance
