About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage MS Programs Processes and Tools
- Be the Product Owner of program management processes and tools
- Manage software and team projects from inception through testing, release, and maintenance
- Support programs implementation of tools through tailoring sessions, knowledge transfer and communication planning
- Lead for Program Management process documentation and compliance
- Maintain Program Management PrOP Sector Quality Audits
- Collaborate with function organizations to provide and update T3G resources
- Maintain PMX newsletter schedule
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree and 8+ years of experience or a Master’s Degree and 6+ years of experience
- Demonstrated success in solving highly complex problems
- Experience as team lead and/or manager of people including working in a cross-functional environment
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with program management policies, processes, and tools
- Strong project management skills
- High level of proficiency in MS Office suite, SharePoint
- US Citizenship
