Key responsibilities & impact

Integrating export/import regulations into business processes
Applying for all DDTC and BIS licenses and ensuring legal compliance
Working within the Global Surveillance Autonomous business area
Managing the portfolio of Global Surveillance Autonomous business area export licenses
Preparing and submitting all license and agreement requests
Interpreting government regulations including ACEA, ITAR, EAA, and EAR
Performing compliance self-assessment audits and implementation of corrective actions

What you’ll need

One of the following: High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 10 years experience in export/import licensing and/or compliance in relevant field, or Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 6 years experience, or Master’s degree with a minimum of 4 years experience.
Knowledge of ITAR, EAR, and other US Government Regulations
Ability to travel domestic and international (<15%)
Ability to obtain and maintain a US Department of Defense Secret Clearance
