About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the EVM Compliance Manager within the Program Scheduling and Compliance Center of Excellence.
- Partner with Program Managers (PMs), Control Account Managers (CAMs) and the Business Management teams to ensure programs comply with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and associated policies and procedures.
- Support and lead Internal Surveillance, Compliance Reviews, Program Startup, Joint Surveillance and Integrated Baseline Reviews.
- Perform analysis and prepare reports to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines.
- Prepare budgets and schedules for contract work and perform or assist in financial analyses.
- Prepare program plans to ensure program requirements and statement of work are captured and scheduled.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of related professional experience - OR - a Master's degree with 6 years of related professional experience
- Will consider 12 years of applied experience in lieu of degree requirement.
- 8 years of experience with Earned Value Management
- Knowledge of and experience on program(s) with a contractual Earned Value Management (EVM) requirement (i.e. FAR, DFARs or IC).
- Knowledge and experience with DCMA and/or IC Joint Surveillance Reviews and IBRs.
- Advanced understanding of the application of EVM Cost/Schedule principals, policies, and procedures
- Experience with analyzing corrective action requests (CARs) and developing/closing corrective action plans (CAPs).
- Demonstrated leadership experience and prior experience advising and briefing internal and external senior management
- Ability to travel domestically 10% of the time
- US Citizenship is required.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance is required.
