About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Inform and inspire employees and drive business priorities across the enterprise
- Develop, implement and measure employee, executive, culture and change communications plans and tactics
- Be a storyteller: Conceptualize, procure and produce a wide array of inspirational content about our people, technologies, successes and business capabilities
- Write, edit, distribute and measure strategic and timely business announcements, news items, digital content, articles and videos
- Serve as a partner and trusted advisor to business partners
- Support social media campaigns to promote strategic business priorities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Entry level with bachelor’s degree preferably in Communications, Journalism, English, Political Science or a related field
- Experience in employee or executive communications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong judgement, problem solving and organizational skills, and superb attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
