Key responsibilities & impact

Inform and inspire employees and drive business priorities across the enterprise
Develop, implement and measure employee, executive, culture and change communications plans and tactics
Be a storyteller: Conceptualize, procure and produce a wide array of inspirational content about our people, technologies, successes and business capabilities
Write, edit, distribute and measure strategic and timely business announcements, news items, digital content, articles and videos
Serve as a partner and trusted advisor to business partners
Support social media campaigns to promote strategic business priorities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Entry level with bachelor’s degree preferably in Communications, Journalism, English, Political Science or a related field
Experience in employee or executive communications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong judgement, problem solving and organizational skills, and superb attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
