About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead our sector’s leadership acclimation, development and enablement strategy
- Serve as a sector and enterprise executive coach
- Utilize strategic thinking capabilities to consult and advise client groups
- Assess organizational needs and develop fit-for-purpose solutions
- Collaborate extensively across the enterprise to deliver leadership development programs
- Provide subject matter expertise in adult learning and development
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 7 years of Human Resources experience OR Master's degree and a minimum of 5 years of Human Resources
- Prior leadership skills including helping connect people’s efforts to the bigger picture
- Experience developing learning curriculum using adult learning principles
- Experience with executive and Sr. leadership executive coaching
- Ability to travel up to 35%
