Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for assessing staffing needs and working with team leads to address those needs.
Responsible for supporting recruitment activities including creating requisitions, conducting interviews, and approving offers.
Work with program leaders in establishing personal, program, and functional goals; performing performance evaluations and merit adjustments for subordinates.
Lead the Command & Control (C2) Software Test Team of approximately 20 software test engineers and automation test engineers.
Develop, perform, and support test activities and test documentation at the CSCI level.
Participate in technical planning, verification, validation, cost and risk analyses for element capabilities.
Review and evaluate test requirements for completeness and compliance.

What you’ll need

8 years of relevant experience with Bachelor’s degree, 6 years with Masters
Active DoD Secret clearance with a reinvestigation date occurring in the last 6 years with ability to obtain Special Program Access.
At least 1 year experience leading a project and/or driving performance against schedule.
At least 2 years of demonstrated experience in embedded and/or application software test planning and software test execution.
