Key responsibilities & impact

Be the primary interface with the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) and Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA).
Manage and coordinate post submittal/pre-award proposal audits and related Pricing & Estimating audits.
Develop, implement, evaluate, and maintain compliance procedures and best practices.
Facilitate employee awareness of compliance policies and pricing best practices.
Investigate and resolve compliance questions from the Pricing & Estimating organization and government agencies.
Provide support and leadership related to audit and self-assessment activities across campuses.

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree plus a minimum of 5 years’ experience in regulatory, compliance, pricing and estimating, or a related function (i.e. DCAA or DCMA audit, etc.)
OR a Master’s Degree plus 3 years of experience.
Experience using FAR and DFAR.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) is required.
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret clearance is required.
U.S. Citizenship required.
