Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the ERP-Supply Chain Organization
Define and Deliver 3-5 years strategic priority for different areas
Drive innovation
Deliver exemplary performance for RUN, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations
Drive key critical ERP projects such as Cost point to S/4 migration and PEO deployment
Deliver committed Service Lines Project while managing the pipeline
Ensure resources planning are continuously updated
Stay on top of Financial performance, managing budget and priorities
Mentor, nurture and develop talent while focusing on individual development

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must have, at minimum a Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, IT or relevant area of study with at least 14 years of relevant experience OR 12 years of relevant experience with a Masters Degree
Must have Business experience with Purchase to Pay Value Stream
Must have experience collaborating with Vice President level and above in charting technology roadmaps based on business requirements
Must have experience leading a medium to large sized team
Must have ERP experience
At least 10 years of experience with SAP MM module (preferred)
Experience in Lean Management (preferred)
Experience leading AI efforts (preferred)
