Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with the Division Capture Managers to ensure adherence to Business Acquisition Process, capture approach, team staffing, and roles and responsibilities
Develop efficient and effective capture execution plans in response to complex solicitations from U.S. Government and other customers
Lead collaborative, engaged teams to develop, review, and submit proposals that effectively represent our strategy and baseline while eliminating non-compliances and limiting weaknesses
Responsible for mentoring, coaching, and training a capture teams across the sector

Requirements

What you’ll need

8 years of capture/proposal experience
Master's and 6 years of experience
Capture Manager experience leading competitive proposals of $250M in value or greater
At least 4 years of experience leading competitive captures or a company priority win pursuit
Current or prior experience working U.S. Government’s acquisition process including federal procurement regulations (FAR/DFAR)
Experience with regulatory compliance with a keen attention to detail
Active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope
