Key responsibilities & impact

Direct supervision/management of 19 team members supporting manufacturing operations software and networking systems
Interact with NGMS users on a variety of matters—tactical and strategic--related to IT systems and solutions that impact manufacturing operations
Lead ongoing continuous improvement efforts to improve existing internal processes and integration with other teams
Provide guidance and oversight to employees to complete key deliverables
Understanding manufacturing operations needs and use cases to lead the team toward enablement of business objectives
Provide technical leadership to the team to drive quality, speed, and affordability
Guide team members in career path, identifying and assigning stretch assignments and communicating growth areas
Recruit and on-board new employees

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master’s degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
3 or more years as a leader of a technical team
5 or more years working in software, networking, cyber security, analytics, or manufacturing
US Citizenship is required as well as eligibility to obtain a US Government clearance following hire.
