About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversight of cost, schedule, quality and technical performance of Firefly’s support of the development of the A330 and Eclipse vehicles.
Ensuring reporting of program performance in Internal Program Reviews and Quarterly EAC reviews
Leading and directing a cross-functional support team evaluating program cost, schedule, quality and technical performance objectives
Overseeing baseline change implementation for new Scope of Work
Identifying and status program technical and financial Risk and Opportunities
Ensuring Firefly execution per agreements and contracts
Developing both NG and Firefly relationships and intimacy to support program insight and oversight
Delivering presentations to customers, executive management and other program stakeholders
Participating in the negotiation of development agreements, contracts, contract changes, specifications, operating budgets, schedule milestones, and key terms and conditions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree and 15 years’ experience supporting Aerospace or Government Contracts; OR a Master’s degree and 12 years of relevant experience
10 years program management experience with liquid propulsion launch vehicles and/or missile programs
Prior leadership experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to travel up to 25%, primarily to Chandler, AZ
U.S. Citizenship is required
