About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Apply appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the development life cycle.
  • Diagnose problems encountered during application integration among products and address fixes/enhancements according to prescribed program processes.
  • Familiarity with developing application software in a Linux environment, using relational databases, and knowledge of client – server applications will help set the candidate up for success.
  • The candidate will be working in an extremely dynamic and challenging environment on a day-to-day basis.
  • Experience with working in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask and have good time management skills.
  • In addition, the candidate must be a team player, able to work comfortably and effectively with company team members as well as program stakeholders and DoD contractor personnel using strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor of Science degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) discipline and 5 years of related experience, OR Master of Science degree in a STEM discipline and 3 years of related experience, OR STEM PhD and 1 year of related experience.
  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph at time of application.
  • Experience with design and implementation of data warehousing technologies including relational databases, SQL, and data analytics.
  • Experience implementing InfluxDB, DynamoDB and PostgreSQL database systems running on Linux.
  • Experience in full lifecycle project development.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as bash, PLSQL, and/or Python for crafting efficient automation scripts and executing database operations.
  • Experience working on Agile Teams.
  • Security+ Certification.
  • Experience documenting design, processes, and procedures.
  • Experience with CI/CD Pipeline, Bitbucket, Git, Jira.
