About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for the direct supervision and management of their delegated staff
Must be proficient in the procurement process, including but not limited to source selection, price analysis, negotiations, risk management
Develop and maintain Strategic Supplier relationships
Effectively manage a supply base: Evaluate supplier delivery, quality, and cost performance
Supervise release of RFQs for LTA and high-dollar reqs
Execute negotiations of LTAs and high-dollar contracts
Identify opportunity for cross Divisional strategies
Build and develop a geographic diverse and remote team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of experience in supply chain management, project management, sustainment, proposals, procurement, subcontracts, contracts, resource planning or accounting, OR a Master’s Degree with 3 years of experience in the same fields, OR High School Diploma/Equivalent with 9 years of experience in the same fields
Must have Procurement or Subcontracts experience
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret clearance and Program Special Access within a reasonable amount of time
