About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide administration, support and continuous improvement of sector Program Control Tools
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for programs and users
  • Drive process enhancements, test and implement updates to key tools (i.e. COBRA, Open Plan, PM Compass)
  • Provide Tier 1 help desk support for PCIS tools
  • Ensure timely resolution of tickets
  • Communicate latest recommended processes and tools
  • Collaborate with business management, program management and technical teams to integrate tool outputs into cost schedule reporting and dashboards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of related professional experience - OR - a Master's degree with 6 years of related professional experience
  • Experience with SAP and financial systems
  • Experience with Cobra Cost & Earned Value System
  • Strong computer skills, with expertise in database concepts and advanced Excel functions
  • Ability to travel domestically 10% of the time
  • US Citizenship
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret level security clearance
