About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the Product Support EI&E Director and OU Program Manager objectives
- Serve as the technical authority on Reliability and Fault Diagnostics
- Provide technical leadership, direction, and mentoring to engineering team members
- Coordinate with other Reliability and Fault Diagnostics leaders across the company to ensure sharing and alignment of best practices
- Maintain cognizance of shifting best practices, procedures, and USG guidance documents
- Coordinate with other Engineering, Field Support, and other functions as needed
- Support SMTs (Supplier Management Teams) as necessary
- Formally present technical status and solutions to leadership and the customer
- Act as the CAM for Reliability and Fault Diagnostics work packages as needed
- Support and shape proposal activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in STEM field (Science Technology Engineering Math)
- at least 9 years of related experience in Reliability, PHM, and/or another related experience or 7 years with Master's Degree in STEM
- Must have an active government Secret Clearance or higher clearance (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government Top Secret Clearance, Special Access Program (SAP), and SCI clearance within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the company
- Willing and able to travel up to 25%
- US Citizenship is a requirement for employment
- Current active in-scope government Top Secret Clearance with V2 special access (Preferred)
- Experience using reliability analysis software (Reliasoft preferred) (Preferred)
- Relevant experience in adjacent logistics support elements (Preferred)
- ASQ Certified Reliability Engineer (Preferred)
- Previous experience driving process changes/improvements and leading multi-functional teams (Preferred)
- Demonstrated financial management skills (Preferred)
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, MS Project, and PowerPoint (Preferred)
- Previous U.S. Military experience with operations and/or aircraft maintenance background (Preferred)
