About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Product Support EI&E Director and OU Program Manager objectives
  • Serve as the technical authority on Reliability and Fault Diagnostics
  • Provide technical leadership, direction, and mentoring to engineering team members
  • Coordinate with other Reliability and Fault Diagnostics leaders across the company to ensure sharing and alignment of best practices
  • Maintain cognizance of shifting best practices, procedures, and USG guidance documents
  • Coordinate with other Engineering, Field Support, and other functions as needed
  • Support SMTs (Supplier Management Teams) as necessary
  • Formally present technical status and solutions to leadership and the customer
  • Act as the CAM for Reliability and Fault Diagnostics work packages as needed
  • Support and shape proposal activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in STEM field (Science Technology Engineering Math)
  • at least 9 years of related experience in Reliability, PHM, and/or another related experience or 7 years with Master's Degree in STEM
  • Must have an active government Secret Clearance or higher clearance (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a government Top Secret Clearance, Special Access Program (SAP), and SCI clearance within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the company
  • Willing and able to travel up to 25%
  • US Citizenship is a requirement for employment
  • Current active in-scope government Top Secret Clearance with V2 special access (Preferred)
  • Experience using reliability analysis software (Reliasoft preferred) (Preferred)
  • Relevant experience in adjacent logistics support elements (Preferred)
  • ASQ Certified Reliability Engineer (Preferred)
  • Previous experience driving process changes/improvements and leading multi-functional teams (Preferred)
  • Demonstrated financial management skills (Preferred)
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, MS Project, and PowerPoint (Preferred)
  • Previous U.S. Military experience with operations and/or aircraft maintenance background (Preferred)
