About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Enhancing sourcing capabilities for critical talent segments to support Aeronautics business
  • Partnering with Communications to create targeted recruitment strategies
  • Developing hiring tools that strengthen our ability to target, attract and engage top engineering talent in highly competitive labor markets
  • Enhance our ability to engage talent by translating business needs into compelling external market campaigns and internal hiring solutions that improve candidate experience
  • Translating employer brand and EVP to allow engagement with critical engineering talent
  • Leveraging talent personas to better understand motivations, decisions levers, market dynamics, and candidate expectations
  • Develop differentiated messaging for tailored, targeted talent communities
  • Develop end-to-end talent engagement toolkits for recruiters, sourcers, and hiring managers to improve outreach, interviews, candidate experience, and onboarding
  • Design training and enablement programs to effectively engage active and passive job seekers
  • Collaborate with TA leaders to embed persona driven sourcing and engagement strategies across recruiting teams
  • Serve as SME for market intelligence and candidate insights to help refine recruitment marketing strategies
  • Support enterprise brand consistency with tailored strategies for Aeronautics specific talent needs
  • Special projects as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, Master’s degree and 6+ years of relevant experience OR 12+ years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Relevant experience must in be in Talent Acquisition Project Management
  • Must have strong MS Office skills (ability to create and present professional deliverables to executives)
  • Experience supporting highly competitive technical/engineering talent markets
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to convert data into actionable recruitment strategies
  • Strong project management experience
