About the role
- Serve as subject matter expert resource for the GSC Demand Planning team supporting the Sentinel Program
- Develop trainings, create detailed trainings, and conduct trainings for employees on new processes and procedures
- Answer system questions and provide resolution to help desk inquiries or coordinate escalation
- Submit tickets for system inquiries and enhancements and escalate system issues requiring further intervention
- Help define and refine processes by authoring or revising PrOP documents
- Represent GSC Demand Planning for PrOP development, tiger teams, and VSM events
- Serve as surge support for program teams needing additional support
- Coordinate with other teams to arrange specialized training from other functional area subject matter experts
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited university and 5 or more years of supply chain, material planning, or closely related experience; OR a master's degree and 3 or more years of supply chain, material planning, or closely related experience; OR a PhD and 1 or more year of supply chain, material planning, or closely related experience
- 4 years of additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Must have U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD secret security clearance
- 1+ years of in depth experience with SAP ERP System focused on MRP Functions and Transactions
- Experience creating and delivering training to team members
- MS Office including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Travel: Yes, 10% of the Time
- These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have: Experience with CPLM
- Prior experience working classified programs
- Master’s Degree in related field
- Active DoD Secret Clearance
- Ability to obtain a DoD Top Secret Clearance
