About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

leverage IE and OM principles, with continual operational efficiencies to drive business results
solve complex business and manufacturing problems by developing strategic and memorable recommendations for solutions that reduce costs, increase profitability, enhance performance, and transform operations
responsible for a team of IE & OM that supports all programs (sector wide)
work side by side with Operations Directors/VP and program managers by developing tools to help achieve all business targets
oversee projects and tasks assigned across program to ensure quality, schedule and cost are achieved

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must have a Bachelor’s degree AND 14+ years’ experience in one of more of the following: industrial engineering, engineering management and/or process engineering OR a Master’s degree AND 12+ years’ experience in one of more of the following: industrial engineering, engineering management and/or process engineering
Must have at least 10+ years of management experience.
Experience leading recovery plan/program re-scheduling
Experience developing and implementing Shop Operating Plans (SOPs)
Must have an active DoD Secret clearance and the ability to obtain Special Program Access (PAR).
