Oversee the planning and execution of experimentation, digital design, enterprise development, integration, testing, analysis, and deployment of capabilities
Responsible for overseeing all activities in accordance with established compliance standards and program operating documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need

A Bachelor’s Degree in STEM Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field from an accredited university, along with 12 years of experience; or a Master’s degree (preferred) in a STEM-related field with 10 years of relevant work experience; or a PhD in a related discipline with 8 years of relevant work experience
Current, active in-scope DoD-issued Top Secret security clearance (with eligibility for SCI) at the time of application
Willingness to travel 10% of the time for business needs
Previous leadership experience in the C2 domain with proven skills in software development
Familiar with and experienced in the full program development life cycle, including emerging digital environments for requirements, hardware, software, firmware, components, products, systems, integration and testing, operations, and sustainment
Strong technical expertise in process development, including vision and strategy creation and execution
