About the role

  • Perform Open Order Report (OOR) management to include dock dates, need dates, contract dates, using Material Requirements Planning (MRP) tools
  • Lead supplier issue management, prioritization, expediting
  • Analyzes delivered product lead times and identifies critical path procurements
  • Creates and maintains Supplier Production Readiness Reviews (SPRR), Supplier Business Reviews (SBR), and assist with Enterprise Strategic/Sourcing Agreements (LTPA/LTSA)
  • Completes quarterly supplier assessments for critical and strategic suppliers (SAMS)
  • Identify and execute cost reduction opportunities to satisfy goals
  • Assists with long-term capacity and resource planning; product phase-in/phase-out, manufacturing ramp-up, end-of-life management
  • Drive supplier improvement through RTG activities to meet delivery goals
  • Reports status to affected programs
  • Develops relationships with supplier personnel for quick response

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain, contracts, business and/or related field
  • Master's degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain, contracts, business and/or related field
  • US Citizenship
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Secret Clearance
