💰 $75,800 - $113,800 per year

About the role

  • Collaborate with Engineering leaders to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs
  • Lead, plan, and execute multiple concurrent HR projects
  • Drive talent identification, performance management, and career development initiatives
  • Act as a trusted advisor to build a supportive, inclusive, high-performing work environment
  • Work closely with HR peers, leaders, and Centers of Excellence (COE’s) to deliver seamless HR solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance and Special Program Access
  • Must be willing and able to travel up to 15% of the time
  • 2 years of Human Resources experience for HRBP role
  • Strong technical competence across HR disciplines
