About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with Engineering leaders to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs
- Lead, plan, and execute multiple concurrent HR projects
- Drive talent identification, performance management, and career development initiatives
- Act as a trusted advisor to build a supportive, inclusive, high-performing work environment
- Work closely with HR peers, leaders, and Centers of Excellence (COE’s) to deliver seamless HR solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance and Special Program Access
- Must be willing and able to travel up to 15% of the time
- 2 years of Human Resources experience for HRBP role
- Strong technical competence across HR disciplines
