Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with Engineering leaders to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs
Lead, plan, and execute multiple concurrent HR projects
Drive talent identification, performance management, and career development initiatives
Act as a trusted advisor to build a supportive, inclusive, high-performing work environment
Work closely with HR peers, leaders, and Centers of Excellence (COE’s) to deliver seamless HR solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance and Special Program Access
Must be willing and able to travel up to 15% of the time
2 years of Human Resources experience for HRBP role
Strong technical competence across HR disciplines
