Performing ad hoc analysis to provide competitive research for HR initiatives.
Distilling research findings into compelling stories with actionable insights.
Communicating insights and recommendations to executive audiences.

Requirements

Level 2: Must have a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience – OR – a relevant Master’s degree with 0 years of relevant experience – OR – a relevant PhD with 0 years of relevant experience.
Level 3: Must have a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience – OR – a Master’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience – OR – a PhD with 1 year of relevant experience.
Deep curiosity and a willingness to pull the thread on difficult questions.
Understanding of (or interest in) HR domain areas and metrics (such as talent acquisition, compensation, performance, learning and development, and HR metrics).
Demonstrated experience synthesizing analyses to inform decision making.
Experience conducting competitive intelligence research or related business/HR research using diverse sources and ethical collection techniques.
Ability to use programming languages (e.g., R, Python) to conduct analysis and create visualizations.
Experience collaborating on projects with multiple teams, managing relationships, and communicating findings to audiences.
