Key responsibilities & impact

Lead Software Quality and Mission Assurance functions within SDS/Sentinel to ensure mission success
Perform technical reviews as required including CDRLs, test plans, test procedures, etc.
Support Segment review boards and review of associated packages including Technical Review Board, Change Control Board, Risk & Opportunity Management Board
Ensure execution of Sentinel SQA & MA tasks in compliance with Program, Division, Sector, and Company processes.
Support allocation of personnel to the program to ensure sufficient mission assurance coverage.
Support preparation and execution of Root Cause & Corrective Actions (RCCA).
Develop and maintain Quality scorecard Metrics.
Support preparation of the Program Review packages.

What you’ll need

Bachelor's of Science degree and 8+ years of relevant professional experience or Master's degree and 6+ years experience
Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance within scope
Experience with Mission Assurance and Software Quality Engineering practices and processes
Experience in process monitoring, data collection, analysis, and metrics reporting
Experience with root cause corrective actions (RCCA)
Knowledge of Agile development processes.
