About the role

  • Identify and implement business development pursuits relating to new markets, products, industries, technologies, or services
  • Deliver an extraordinary customer experience across our global customer environment
  • Develop and disseminate information on a regular basis concerning the fulfillment of European Strategy and Business Development goals and objectives
  • Support Weapons Systems Division’s business capture process
  • Lead European customer engagement and growth strategies
  • Maintain the accuracy of our Salesforce CRM tool

Requirements

  • 9+ years of experience in Business Development, International Affairs, or Business (or a related discipline)
  • Bachelor's degree in International Affairs or Business (or a related discipline) with 5 years of experience or Master's degree with 3 years of experience preferred
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Secret clearance
  • Proficient with MS Office and CRM tools (SalesForce preferred)
  • Must be able to travel as needed (up to 50% of the time) for Level 3
  • 12+ years of experience for Level 4
