About the role
- Identify and implement business development pursuits relating to new markets, products, industries, technologies, or services
- Deliver an extraordinary customer experience across our global customer environment
- Develop and disseminate information on a regular basis concerning the fulfillment of European Strategy and Business Development goals and objectives
- Support Weapons Systems Division’s business capture process
- Lead European customer engagement and growth strategies
- Maintain the accuracy of our Salesforce CRM tool
Requirements
- 9+ years of experience in Business Development, International Affairs, or Business (or a related discipline)
- Bachelor's degree in International Affairs or Business (or a related discipline) with 5 years of experience or Master's degree with 3 years of experience preferred
- U.S. Citizenship
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Secret clearance
- Proficient with MS Office and CRM tools (SalesForce preferred)
- Must be able to travel as needed (up to 50% of the time) for Level 3
- 12+ years of experience for Level 4
