- Create, revise, and review Standard Practices and Processes
- Develop and deliver training on electrical design processes
- Develop model-based electrical design processes
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams (technical writing, training, tools)
- Participate in Agile ceremonies
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) discipline from an ABET accredited university
- Principal: 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; 3 years with a Master’s; or 0 years with PhD
- Sr. Principal: 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; 6 years with a Master’s; or 4 years with PhD
- US Citizen with ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance
- Demonstrated understanding of Engineering processes and governance across the development lifecycle for a high reliability product, including requirements decomposition, initial design, design for testability, design reviews, manufacturing processes, and product release
- Experience writing technical processes, procedures and/or training materials
- Familiarity with Mission Assurance/Quality compliance and auditing
- Familiarity with electrical analysis processes
