About the role

  • Collaborate with the SC to develop program-level milestones and capabilities necessary to complete all TO560 work scope as outlined in the SOW and ECPs
  • Supports the SC in overseeing the effective implementation of TO06 capabilities
  • Ensure Agile workflow management tools are consistently updated with all necessary data and accurately reflect progress to date
  • Support the SC in developing program briefings (e.g., PMR, IPRs, IETRs) and CDRLs, including planning and executing program review events
  • Populate program execution metrics, tracking metric data, and problem-solving
  • Lead identification of program risks and opportunities, including development of the risks and opportunities, mitigation plans, tracking, coordination, and resolution, plus risk briefings to various risk and opportunity management boards
  • Support the definition of ECPs and Task instructions, including capabilities, schedules, detailed task planning, ECP BOE kickoff presentations, reviews, and coordination with BOE authors.
  • Ensure the technical scope in BOEs aligns with the customer-requested scope
  • Coordinate and support internal and external customer technical staff to assist SC as needed
  • Driving execution of programmatic business rhythms, such as closure of program-level action items
  • Support SC in coordinating, removing impediments, and monitoring the execution of program capabilities, including planning, development, integration, testing, analysis, and deployment

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field from an accredited university, along with 8 years of experience; or a Master’s degree in a related field with 6 years of relevant work experience; or 12 years of relevant work experience may be considered as an alternative to a degree
  • Applicants must have a current, active in-scope DoD-issued Secret security clearance at the time of application, which is required to start
  • Proven leadership in large-scale Software Programs
  • Proven ability to shape, adapt, and align customer needs with overall program objectives in a fast-changing environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the System Engineering discipline, including experience managing software development
  • Experience with the development life cycle and adapting to emerging digital technologies for requirements, hardware, software, firmware, product, system, integration, test , and operations
  • Knowledge and experience in Earned Value Management within an Agile program
  • Experience in preparing BOEs and presenting Engineering Change Proposals in a DoD environment
  • Technical expertise and ability to develop and lead a vision, strategy, and execution plan for external customers, leaders, and development teams both within and outside organizational boundaries
  • Ability to use data to achieve results and evaluate performance.
