About the role
- Act as a trusted Business Management partner to the KC-30A program, delivering high‑quality financial insight and advisory support to enable confident decision‑making and stronger business outcomes
- Own day‑to‑day financial management for the program, including P&L oversight, cash management, forecasting, reporting and variance analysis
- Partner with Program and Business Leaders
- Ensure accurate cost forecasting
- Provide financial modelling, business case development and feasibility analysis
Requirements
- A strong financial and analytical capability, including P&L management, forecasting, variance analysis, cash flow and balance sheet reporting
- Possess trusted business partnering skills, with the ability to provide proactive, insight‑driven financial advice to operational and program leadership
- Excellent stakeholder management, able to build effective relationships and influence across operations, maintenance, supply chain, and finance teams
- The ability to provide clear and confident communication, translating complex financial information into actionable insights for non‑finance stakeholders
- Have a high attention to detail and quality focus, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of all financial data and reporting
- Experience in delivery resilience and adaptability, thriving in a fast‑paced environment with competing priorities and frequent change
- A continuous improvement mindset, actively enhancing processes, systems, controls, and ways of working, while mentoring junior team members
