About the role

  • Support EPM employees to drive task execution
  • Coordinate amongst cross-functional teams to meet schedule and cost targets for the program
  • Ensure quality engineering design
  • Learn how to enable teams to perform their best work
  • Use data driven Earned Value Management techniques to track and manage projects
  • Develop technical and leadership skills on challenging programs

Requirements

  • Be a student who is enrolled full-time and pursuing a bachelor’s/master's degree or higher from an accredited college/university and will be enrolled full-time in Fall 2026
  • Be majoring in or having majored in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) degree
  • Be available to work full-time on-site (40 hours per week) for at least 10 weeks during summer 2026
  • Be a U.S. citizen
