About the role
- Coordinate program scheduling and communications by managing calendar invitations for meetings and events.
- Assist in the creation and analysis of survey results to inform program improvements.
- Proofread documentation and communications with keen attention to detail, ensuring clarity, precision, and consistency.
- Distribute essential promotional resources and program materials to the E&L team to support program delivery.
- Accurately document meeting notes and prepare comprehensive summaries for stakeholders.
- Manage various program execution tasks to ensure seamless operations and timely deliverables.
- Leverage proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint products to optimize documentation and workflow processes.
- Support continuous process improvements by proactively identifying and addressing operational needs.
Requirements
- Be a student who is enrolled full-time and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college/university.
- Be available to work full-time (40 hours per week) for at least 10 weeks during the summer of 2026.
- Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.70/4.0 or higher
