Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive technical experience in engineering
- 8+ years of management experience in engineering or related technical fields
- Understanding of the engineering development lifecycle across multiple engineering disciplines
- Experience with Agile execution
- Experience in functionally managing large teams
- Must have a current or active Top Secret Clearance
