About the role
- Responsible for modernizing and innovating the manufacturing and operations practices
- Ensure program milestones and performance goals are achieved through continuous improvement
- Manage matrixed facility professionals engaged in various tasks
- Analyze and provide recommendations for acquisition of capital assets
- Direct the development and maintenance of manufacturing requirements and work sequence plans
- Develop and maintain applicable labor and resource requirements plans and utilization reports
- Apply advanced engineering methods to develop optimal process designs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline
- Eight years’ experience performing Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering functions
- Experience leading Continuous Improvement and/or Lean initiatives
- Proven experience leading teams or projects
- Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and Lean Agile methodologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Project, and Power Point
- Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
- US Citizenship is required
