About the role
- Develop and implement standardized management and administrative policies, procedures and documentation for clinics located across multiple state jurisdictions, including the standardization of site recordkeeping.
- Review existing clinics’ operational structure and functions, make recommendations for improvements and develop future strategy.
- Analyze federal, state and local occupational health laws and regulations for applicability to company clinic operations and execute required compliance actions.
- Conduct compliance assurance audits.
- Oversee regulatory compliance and conduct compliance assurance audits.
- Assist clinic/legal personnel with responding to interactions and correspondences from regulatory government and state agencies.
- Collaborate with clinical staff members to ensure alignment and share best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s (BS) degree in nursing, occupational health and safety, or a related discipline, and a minimum of 10 years of experience with occupational health clinics; or a Master of Science (MS) in the same disciplines with 8 years of experience with occupational health clinics.
- Extensive experience in reviewing and analyzing federal, state and local occupational health regulations and developing appropriate compliance strategies.
- Experience in conducting occupational health regulatory compliance assurance assessments.
- Experience with managing/overseeing third party consultants/contractors.
- Experience working in an occupational health clinic.
- Excellent communication skills and collaboration with all levels of an organization are a must.
- Ability to travel to various locations in the United States.
