About the role

  • Help lead and support the implementation of Sentinel human capital programs and core processes.
  • Provide day-to-day support to the Sentinel Program leadership team helping to achieve program objectives.
  • Establish an intimate understanding of the business and build relationships with client leadership teams.
  • Support and partner with HR colleagues in operations, talent acquisition, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the organization and develop solutions.
  • Advise leadership on new ideas and winning practices in HR areas.
  • Analyze and present information to the management team for sound decision-making.
  • Play a key leadership role in the company’s transformation by reinforcing a culture of growth and innovation.
  • Project manage multiple HR projects across various work streams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resource management, Organization Development, Industrial Organizational Psychology, or related field required plus 12+ years of experience in HR – OR – 10+ years of experience with a Master’s degree.
  • Understanding and application of HR principles, concepts, policies and practices
  • Experience supporting and/or implementing human capital strategies aligned to business strategy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with and influence others.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptability and resilience; able to change course when needed and operate in an ambiguous environment.
  • This position requires up to 25% travel in support of the business
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
