About the role

  • Coordinate and communicate with all stakeholders
  • Relevant technical and program requirements and propose advanced technical solutions to implement for complex challenges
  • Follow projects through to realization.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 12 years of experience with a Bachelors Degree in engineering or related field with preferable experience in a government contractor environment- Especially Tri-party.
  • 10 years experience with a Masters Degree.
  • Ability to obtain and/or maintain a DOD Secret clearance.
  • Successful candidate must be able to pass a background check for the Federal Safe Explosives Act (SEA).
  • Technical excellence, collaboration/teamwork, and trustworthiness are required.
  • Ability to see the larger picture for the system as a whole and contribute to decisions that will strengthen the long-term success of the FBM program.
  • Experience in EPLM, MRB, configuration management, qualification protocol, and change board presentations (Change summary as well as technical justification) helpful.
  • Participation and experience in problem analysis boards is helpful.
  • Demonstrated ability juggle multiple projects and to self-manage a dynamic demanding workload required.
  • Strong demonstrated written and oral communication skills are a must.
  • Detailed scope/schedule/budget planning skills are required.
  • Nozzle, Igniter, Case, RMA, and supply chain experience being sought.
