About the role
- Work as part of the C2BMC-G test team to test the C2BMC-G product and its interactions with external entities
- Verify and validate the product through various testing activities
- Coordinate with external partners for system-to-system tests
- Collaborate with Development teams to understand system improvements
- Test the C2BMC-G product against requirements
- Document and verify bugs
- Participate in system-of-system test events to validate the product
- Analyze test results to identify areas for improvement
- Help enhance the C2BMC-G product for future operations
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field from an accredited university is preferred, along with 5 years of experience; or a Master’s degree in a related field with 3 years of relevant work experience; or 9 years of relevant work experience may be considered as an alternative to a degree
- Current, active in-scope DoD-issued Top Secret security clearance at the time of application is required to start
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% to support business needs
- Experience in engineering new capabilities, including designing, developing, testing, and integrating complex systems
- Ability to create detailed and repeatable tests to verify system performance and functionality, ensuring adherence to requirements and specifications
- Deep understanding of system development processes and principles, including the ability to communicate desired capabilities and requirements to stakeholders, and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment with quickly changing requirements, design challenges, and tight deadlines, and to develop innovative solutions to complex technical problems
