support the Sentinel Program's Command and Control (C2) Hardware Engineering team
join a team of Hardware, Electrical, and Mechanical engineers to design hardware systems and components
apply ASME standard processes and procedures to identify, design, and procure electrical and mechanical hardware
derive requirements from parent specifications, compliance documents, and architecture diagrams in order to identify candidate hardware
perform trade studies, Analysis of Alternatives, and create design artifacts which will be documented and released using Product Lifecycle Management tools and technologies
operate in a multi-disciplinary engineering environment consisting of Systems, Software, Design, Compliance, and Hardware engineers.
Requirements
Bachelor of Science in STEM and 5 years of related experience or a Master of Science with 3 years of related experience
Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application
Experience working with Mechanical, Electrical, and/or Electronic Systems
Experience reading engineering drawings and specification sheets
Experience analyzing requirements and interface documentation
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of tools - PowerPoint, Excel, Word
Experience resolving issues and providing technical support
Capable of working with minimal direction and in team environments.
