About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Transform complex business data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making across the Credit Union.
Partner with business leaders to develop enterprise reporting solutions and identify trends and opportunities.
Deliver data-driven recommendations to improve operational performance and enhance the member experience.
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Tableau dashboards, executive scorecards, and performance indicator (KPI) reporting.
Analyze large volumes of financial, operational, lending, and member data to identify trends and actionable business insights.
Present analytical findings through professional visualizations and executive-level presentations that facilitate informed decision-making.
Promote best practices related to data quality, reporting standards, and documentation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related discipline required; Master's degree preferred.
Eight (8) or more years of progressively responsible experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
Advanced experience developing complex SQL solutions, including query optimization, stored procedures, complex joins, Common Table Expressions (CTEs), window functions, and performance tuning.
Extensive experience designing and developing Tableau dashboards utilizing Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server or Cloud, Tableau Prep, calculated fields, Level of Detail (LOD) expressions, and dashboard performance optimization.
Experience developing executive dashboards, operational reporting, and enterprise business intelligence solutions.
Experience within a Credit Union, banking, financial services, mortgage, or lending environment strongly preferred.
