About the role
- providing phone support to the members calling the call center
- providing counsel to new and existing members regarding various credit union products and services
- performing assigned teller tasks associated with the processing of member transactions
- assisting members with opening new accounts
- staying current with all applicable policies and procedures
Requirements
- Candidates must hold a High School Diploma or GED
- at least one year of experience working in a financial institution
- basic knowledge of Teller functions
