About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Generate and close wholesale charter sales opportunities
  • Use established relationships with charter brokers, operators, VIP travel companies, and corporate flight departments
  • Identify and prioritize potential deals
  • Select the best-suited aircraft from the Argus Platinum rated fleet for each flight request
  • Manage closed fleet scheduling, flight pairing, and owner approval processes
  • Prepare aircraft quotes using operator quoting systems
  • Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced sales environment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Aviation industry sales experience required, preferably on the wholesale side
  • Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in Part 135 private aviation sales required
  • Other industry experience will not be considered
  • Successful history and established relationships in wholesale charter sales
  • Strong understanding of private aircraft equipment, the aviation industry, and FAA Part 135 Guidelines
  • Ability to close and win deals in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
  • Ability to identify and prioritize potential deals
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
  • Creative thinker with a strong desire to succeed
  • Positive, winning attitude
  • Tech-savvy and intelligent, with ability to learn quickly
  • Bachelor’s Degree in aviation, business, or related field preferred
  • Ability to identify the best-suited aircraft from the Argus Platinum rated fleet based on flight request
  • Ability to manage a closed fleet schedule, flight pairing, and owner approval process
  • Proficiency in aircraft operator quoting systems such as Jet Insight, FOS, or related programs; Jet Insight preferred
  • Knowledge and working relationships with Part 135 Charter Brokers, Operators, VIP travel companies, and corporate flight departments
  • Availability to work Monday–Friday, morning or late afternoon hours
