About the role
- Source and recruit candidates for roles such as SAP configuration and SAP ABAP
- Identify candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and your own network
- Screen candidates for experience, communication skills, and pay expectations
- Provide daily updates on pipeline progress and work closely with leadership to prioritize roles
Requirements
- Experience recruiting in manufacturing, automotive, industrial engineering, or SAP environments
- Background working for a staffing agency or engineering services firm
- Comfort sourcing passive candidates and niche technical skill sets
- Understanding of contract staffing and W2 placements
- Ability to produce consistent weekly candidate output
- Strong communication and follow through
