Key responsibilities & impact- Architect, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance digital solutions using Adobe Experience Manager
- Design and implement fullstack AEM solutions across frontend components and backend services
- Build and customize AEM components, editable templates, workflows, and integrations using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTL
- Implement backend logic using Java, Sling Models, and OSGi services
- Integrate AEM with external APIs, enterprise systems, and third-party services using RESTful and GraphQL patterns
- Validate, troubleshoot, and debug frontend and backend implementations
- Lead code reviews and enforce fullstack coding standards and AEM best practices
- Mentor junior developers on AEM development patterns
- Collaborate with architects, UX/Design teams, and QA throughout the project lifecycle
- Communicate with client stakeholders to provide updates, clarify requirements, and manage expectations
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements and AEM package management workflows
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in fullstack or web development roles
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager 6.x and/or AEM as a Cloud Service
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript within the AEM CMS platform
- Solid experience with Java and backend development in the AEM ecosystem, including Sling Models and OSGi services
- Experience developing AEM components using HTL (Sightly) and integrating with backend services
- Familiarity with REST API design and integration patterns within AEM
- Experience with Maven-based build pipelines and AEM package management
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
- Active use of AI coding tools, particularly Windsurf and Claude
- Advanced English level required for working with US clients
