About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support analyses and monitoring of background checks.
- Assist in organizing, managing, and updating policies and procedures.
- Organize and keep the department's documentation and records up to date.
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and area performance indicators.
- Contribute to material preparation and participate in trainings, communications, and awareness initiatives.
- Provide support for Compliance routines, ensuring organization and control of information.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Organized and detail-oriented;
- Good knowledge of office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and management systems (Protheus, Fluig, BI);
- Basic knowledge of compliance and document management;
- Team player with a collaborative approach across departments.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
