About the role

  • Work onboard vessels, managing all aspects of ship safety;
  • Monitor schedules, safety documentation, and manage PPE and uniforms;
  • Conduct regular vessel visits and liaise with the crew;
  • Carry out inspections on vessels to identify hazardous conditions;
  • Oversee the implementation of Risk Management Programs (PGR);
  • Prepare workplace safety training programs;
  • Analyze occurrences of workplace accidents;
  • Manage records related to certificates for PPE use;
  • Review and analyze internal procedures related to occupational safety;
  • Provide support for SIPAT (Internal Week for Accident Prevention), organizing necessary activities and resources.

Requirements

  • Certification as a Safety Technician with active professional registration;
  • Availability to travel (regular travel for vessel visits);
  • Experience in the shipping/navigation or offshore sector is a plus.
